Check out their offers and try to identify any fine prints that is designed to trap you into the offer. If everything else is clean and clear, you can proceed to applying for the loan. It is wise to get a loan with the lowest interest.
There are always a way to help you out in any tough situation. You just need to stay focus and think of more ways you can try to get help. If you can't even face such a challenge in life then you might as well don't start a business of your own in the first place. Think again before you make a drastic decision.
Selling a business can be hard and if your business is failing, you may find that there isn't a seller. Just because a business is failing, it doesn't mean it's going to fail in the future. Instead of selling, step back and consider ways to change your platform. Think of more creative ways to build a better brand. 99% of the time, the owner is the problem with it comes to a failing business.
